2024-2025学年第一学期即将开始，现将本校来华留学生开学报到注册的相关事宜通知如下：
The upcoming Autumn Semester will start soon. Please be informed for the following requirements on registration.
报到注册Registration Time
时间：2024年9月1日16:30
地点：011教室
持护照、学生证前往报到地点完成报到注册手续。
Register at the offline registration point with passport, Student ID Bookletand other required documents.

开学注意事项Reminder
一、补考Make-up exam
请在教务系统查看考试安排。
Please check the exam schedule in the Academic Affairs system.
二、及时报到Register in time
开学时间两周后未报到的学生将被视为未参加教学活动作退学处理。
Students who fail to register after two weeks of school will be deemed to have not participated in teaching activities and will bewithdrew.
若因特殊原因无法按时报到的学生，需提前一周与辅导员老师联系并办理请假手续。
If students are unable to register on time due to special reasons, they need to apply for leave one week in advance with the counsellor.
三、学籍异动Change of study status
目前处于休学状态的留学生：已休学的同学请关注休学期限及毕业年限，如需复学请在开学后一周内向所在学院完成继续休学或复学、结业的申请。
International students currently suspended from school: students who have suspended from school should pay attention to the suspension period and graduation years. If you need to resume school, please complete the application for continuing suspension, resumption and graduation within one week after the beginning of school.
如在校学生需申请休学或退学，请于开学后及时联系辅导员老师办理相关手续。
If students need to apply for suspension or quit out, please contact the counselor to do relevant procedures.
四、购买保险The insurance
凡目前在中国境内的我校来华留学生均需购买相应的外国人在华保险。学生购买保险需自行在网上购买，保险购买地址：https://lxbx.net/home。现处中国大陆境内但未购买在华保险的同学，将不予注册。
All international students who are currently in China are required to purchase corresponding insurance in China. Students need to purchase insurance online by themselves, and the insurance purchasewebsiteaddress is:https://lxbx.net/home. Students who are currently in mainland China but have not purchased insurance in China will not be allowed to register.
